Born in Lyon, Jean-Michel Jarre started playing music at the age of 5. In the seventies, he wrote music which was used in several movies like: Gallipoli (1981), Hamburger Krankheit, Die (1979) and Granges brulées, Les (1973). He married (and later divorced) the English actress Charlotte Rampling. |
